2023 Sustainability Highlights

  • On track to achieve carbon neutral operations by 2025 with more than 12,000 metric tons of carbon reduced through energy efficiency projects
  • Launched Energy Solutions, Link Logistics’ comprehensive energy and utility management program, which has reduced enrolled customers’ utility expenses by an average of 12% to date
  • Hosted the inaugural Link Logistics Energy & Sustainability Summit with customers and partners to discuss sustainability best practices and identify market opportunities
  • Named a 2023 ENERGY STAR® Partner of the Year – the first company in the industrial real estate sector to receive this award – for the second consecutive year
  • Benchmarked 227 million square feet of Link Logistics space through EPA ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®
  • Converted 36 million square feet of Link Logistics space to LED or high-efficiency lighting
  • Achieved LEED certification for 2.8 million square feet of space across 10 projects
  • Installed and commissioned 36 megawatts of new solar capacity in 2023, with a total operating solar portfolio of 82 megawatts

2023 Social Impact Highlights

  • Donated $2 million to 18 projects in 11 states through the Link Logistics Community Grants Program, which addresses hunger, education and hyperlocal needs
  • Funded 3.1 million meals through CoreGiving, Link Logistics’ marquee nonprofit partner
  • Matched more than 130 employee donations resulting in over $100,000 for local nonprofits
  • Achieved more than 60% participation from employees in one or more of Link Logistics’ employee resource groups
