CALGARY, Alberta--()--Midas Vantage Projects (MVP) Lithium Limited, the world’s leader in green solutions for lithium extraction, announces company’s annual dividend payout for 2024 at $0.50 per common share to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 30, 2025.

The dividend will be paid on May 27, 2025. The dividend qualifies as “eligible dividend” as defined in the Income Tax Act (Canada).

In October 2024, the company announced the discovery of an estimated in-situ lithium carbonate equivalent (LCE) resource of 9.9 million tonnes, with an average concentration of 55 mg/L, within the Montney Formation in Western Canada. The resource spans an estimated area of 37,000 square kilometers, marking a major milestone for MVP Lithium in its ongoing exploration of lithium-rich formations.

In November 2024, the company announced the discovery of record high lithium concentration in brines found in Canada. The brines, located in the Duperow Formation in Saskatchewan, contain an impressive concentration of 309 mg/L, marking a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing efforts to develop sustainable lithium sources.

These discoveries strengthen MVP Lithium’s position as a leader in the exploration and development of lithium resources, particularly in North America.
